Dear Friends and Family,
This week has been pretty crazy. We have been working with a less active family and getting them back to the temple after 20 years. We are teaching them the temple prep lessons and hoping to get them to do family history. They have been coming back to church and are getting ready to go back.
We had transfers this week, but me and Hermana Mitchell are still together. We met this guy named Bodie. We found him spiritual harvesting (tracting) and we felt prompted to go to that street and we talked with everyone and found him. We committed him to come to church and better yet he came to church with us on Sunday and he LOVED it!!!! He is definitely the elect.
We have found this spanish lady who lives in the assisted living place here and we have been teaching her the plan of salvation because she lost her spouse about a month ago. She absolutely loves us and tells everyone about us. Hermana Mitchell has started knocking on people's car windows and teaching them the gospel... that girl has got guts!!!
We have been working with another less active and she is really starting to see this gospel as a blessing in her life. I keep praying she will keep coming to church. We taught 7 lessons and found 4 new investigators in just a few hours. We seriously talked with everyone. We found this lady on the street and she was a missionary for another church but we convinced her to take a pamphlet and read it. Mother's Day we had 2 people to church and Elder Dyorich had to translate. We are on our way to starting a spanish branch here in Jackson.
