Dear Friends and Family,
This week we went to find this less active and talked to the lady that worked
at this place instead... she was Pentecostal and man those people get
defensive... it turned out well though because we placed a pamphlet and she
gave us some Oreo cookies.
We went teaching with a member and we went up to
talk to this guy that was working on his lawn because he looked Hispanic and
turns out he was Vietnamese and spoke little English... oh all those awkward
moments you have on a mission. We have been working with a bunch of less
actives this week. Trying to help retain all those people that have been
brought in the church.
We went to Krispy Kremes to get a donut and we've been
so much that one of the workers recognizes us and gave us each a few free
donuts... it was awesome.. next time we go to Krispy Kremes we'll look for
Carlos. Not much else happened this week.
